So guys this is the summer of change!!! My goals are to work out more and become a better person all around. My fitness goals include losing 30 pounds. I do understand that those 30 pounds will not all come off before august 19 BUT I do know that i can lose a good portion of that by then. I am planning a vacation towards the end of the summer and I want to be feeling a lot more confident body-wise. I hope y’all can help support me with inspirational pictures and encouraging me throughout this whole process.
